What is an MCP server for Bitrix24?
MCP Bridge is an MCP server for Bitrix24 that connects your CRM to language models like Claude and ChatGPT using the Model Context Protocol (MCP), the open standard that defines how an AI accesses external tools and data. In plain terms: instead of copying and pasting information between your CRM and an AI chat, you give the model direct, controlled access to Bitrix24 so it can query, analyze and update data for you — in natural language.
The problem it solves
A language model, on its own, knows nothing about your CRM. It doesn’t know your open deals, your overdue tasks, or this month’s sales funnel. The only way for it to “know” is for someone to paste the data by hand — slow, partial, and outdated a minute later.
The Model Context Protocol changes that. It’s an open protocol (driven by Anthropic and adopted by clients like Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor and others) that standardizes how an AI discovers and uses “tools.” An MCP server exposes a set of tools; the AI client discovers them and calls them when needed.

- The AI picks the right tool, runs it against the Bitrix24 REST API and answers with real CRM data.
